Renee Giarrusso (Principal) founded Metamorphose coaching.  With a desire and a gift in transforming peoples lives Renee bought together her business and coaching background.  Renee and associates believe that all people are magnificent in their own way and have assisted clients in experiencing amazing transformations and results.  Renee has had many years experience working with executives in a fast paced environment and has dealt with managers on all levels in dealing with work and life pressures.  She has a passion for assisting people to be their best and identifying their purpose and magnificence.

At Metamorphose we have a select group of highly qualified coaches skilled in both the corporate coaching and training.

Renee, has a background of over 17 years in management &sales roles within FMCG, with a high level of experience in managing teams andaccounts within the Food and Confectionery industry. 

She is familiar with the day to day workplace pressures thatcan be put on individuals to perform and the amazing benefits that coaching can provide to combat this. Renee has coordinated and managed several restructureson a national level within a multl national organisation and has been heavily involved in all areas of recruitment when building teams.

With this extensive experience in retail & FMCG she hasa great understanding of the needs of executives and leaders to perform attheir peak. She won the “National Make a Difference Award” when in the role ofNational Account Manager within Masterfoods Snack and also won the “NationalSales Associate” of the Year. She set up and pioneered a profit generating newbusiness channel within the Impulse sector of Mars Snack whilst leading anational team.  Renee has tertiary qualificationsin Business and Marketing and has completed Train the Trainer and is alsofluent in Lominger competencies.  She has completed her Certificate IV in Coaching and her Advanced Practitioner in CoachMastery at the highly regarded Coaching Institute.  She is also member of the International Coaching Federation.

Renee has completed a certification in Corporate Leadershipwellness and is an iWAM consultant and Advanced Practitioner. Renee is also a language and behavioural (LAB) practitioner. In 2009 Renee has been come an internationally accredited coach ACC within the International Coaching federation.

Renee has a passion to work with people who want to better themselves and hasattracted clients across a diverse array of industries in the corporate andgovernment arena.  Renee has worked in a coaching capacity within VACRO and also ECG. She has run iWAM team workshops within Australia Post and the NAB to name a few.  She also runs a job network training programfor the long term unemployed where her results see candidates back in theworkforce with higher motivation, direction and focus.  The program focuses on coaching principals tocreate awareness within individuals at a deeper level then most job service trainings.  She finds coaching and training rewarding and has proven results in assisting clients to lead a more empowering life both at work and on a personal level. Her bubbly personality and desire to develop and coach and train peoplehas her working with clients across a broad area from government sectors toFMCG and new upcoming companies.   Reneeruns sales effectiveness programs within all levels of FMCG and multi nationals from customer service to middle and high end management teams.

Renee loves the diversity of outcomes a client may want toachieve, which enables her to utilise her expertise in both coaching andbusiness competencies. 

Renee has a passion for life and learning and is continuallyenjoying the rewards that coaching and training provide and is currently doing a lot of Management Consulting and training within the BIG Consulting Group.
