Performance Coaching
This coaching focuses on how the executive is currently performing in their role. Management and leadership competencies are looked at and coached upon, this could include things such as: communication, vision, delegation etc.
Skill Coaching
This coaching usually goes over several weeks or months. It helps the executive to learn certain skills and abilities pertinent in their current role and also to move forward. It also looks at necessary perspectives that the executive needs when moving into a new role or area of responsibility.
Open Executive Coaching
This coaching is open for the executive to choose whatever he/she would like to be coached on a personal or organizational level.
*For team coaching there must be a minimum of 5 participants.
